A Lesson In Breathing

breathe in, breathe out,

just one moment

hand on heart,

and breathe.

notice,

shallow, deep,

taken for granted.

lengthen, deepen,

breathe.

inhale, exhale,

thinking unneeded.

this moment,

not another,

here, now,

just breathe.
